Lydia Fortner (born April 21) is currently the lead singer of the five-piece gothic rock band The Shroud. She was originally in the all all-female death rock band, The Shroudettes before forming on Samhain in 1991. Fortner has a contralto vocal range.

Fortner is currently the director of Tanjora Tribal Bellydance in Fresno, California.
